Cody Russell

Cody is an experienced Alaskan Director of multiple businesses, spanning various industries and States, and also a US Navy Veteran and Rotarian. Bringing financial and legal governance expertise in both company management and M&A. With a history of successful commercialization projects and growth, within multi-location brick-and-mortar and e-commerce businesses, both in B2B and B2C settings. Cody is a specialist with a history in new product development and successfully bringing them to market. With proficiency in raising capital, networking, and acquisition/delivery of military contracts.

Brian Hromin

Brian is a California native, more specifically to the Lake Elsinore area. Growing up, Brian spent his time riding BMX, motocross, skateboarding, snowboarding, and enjoying beautiful SoCal. As a young adult, Brian served time in the Army, which included several deployments. He even lived in Cuba for a year! Fast forward to today, he spends his time adventuring around Southern California, snowboarding, cycling, and of course, skydiving. Currently, Brian has seven years of industry experience, over 700 skydives, hours in the wind tunnel, holds an AFFI rating, rigger’s ticket, and attaining a professional demonstration rating. He intends to progress his skydiving career in all aspects and introduce the sport to more people.

William "Ernie" Floyd

Ernie’s entrepreneurial career started with a sewing manufacturing facility in 1972, making accessories for the motorcycle industry, while enjoying the sport of racing motocross.  As he developed an eye for innovative products, the business grew in many ways, branching out making velcro wallets, and eventually employing over 100 individuals. In 1982 Ernie decided to sell and move in another direction in the sewing world. He had learned over those years the variety of options sewing machines could offer the manufacturing industry, and opened dealership in selling industrial machines, and setting up factories to automate production and increase output. 2005 was an opportunity to move into the quilting industry by manufacturing a long arm quilting machine for the home quilter. Ernie’s father, Bill, designed and developed an original model, and a company was formed, building a nationally renowned brand over the next 12 years. Ernie’s experience in manufacturing, business start up and growth provides necessary expertise to not only build a solid company, but more importantly, provide high quality products. He enjoys his ever growing family, ultra running, many outdoor activities, serving in his church with the youth, and traveling.

Joshua Floyd

Joshua brings  30-plus years of experience from the Sewing, Quilting, Embroidery, manufacturing and apparel industry to our team. He and his family having to be in this industry for 3 generations. He is also an avid trail runner, snowboarder and surfing enjoying as much of the outdoors as possible.
